The following is an overview of the median real estate sale price over the past year for the different South Baltimore neighborhoods covered by Redfin. SouthBMore.com will take a look at these numbers every quarter.

This overview also lists the median sale price dating back five years ago to February 2014. Each median statistic calculated by Redfin is from a 90-day period that ends on the last day of the stated month. The median sale price is the sale price in the middle of the data set when all the sale prices are arranged from low to high.

To note, not every South Baltimore neighborhood is tracked in Redfin’s Data Center. However, a Redfin listing search indicates that Union Square has a median sale price last month of $219,000 with a median price per sq. ft of $112. Ridgely’s Delight has a median sale price of $300,000 and a median sale price per sq. ft. of $176.

As highlighted in SouthBMore.com’s coverage of South Baltimore real estate, individuals can find properties listed for less than $250,000 and near or more than $1,000,000 in many of these neighborhoods.
