Yesterday, the Questar team hosted a reveal event for the penthouse units at 414 Light Street, a 44-story apartment and retail tower at the Inner Harbor. Apartments on the 42nd and 43rd floor range in size from 1,005 sq. ft. to 1,830 sq. ft. and range in price from $4,460/month to $7,980/month. All 394 apartments in the building are now finished and ready for leasing. Apartments in the building start in the $1,800s.

Different penthouse apartments feature views of the Inner Harbor, South Baltimore, Downtown, West Baltimore, East Baltimore, and down into the stadiums. The apartments also feature non-city views of the towers in Towson and the smokestacks in Anne Arundel County.

414 Light Street has a total of 12,300 sq. ft. of retail. Utseke Ramen will open this spring. Vegan restaurants Plant Food + Wine and Double Zero pizzeria have also been announced as tenants. A yet-to-be-named coffee, juice, and breakfast shop is coming to the ground-floor retail space, and one additional retail space remains available.
