Brewer told SouthBMore.com the site is best suited for residential development.
The site sits across the street from the $300 million-plus Stadium Square mixed-used development that is partially completed and the 11-townhome Federal Point development that is under construction. It is also adjacent to the Union Brothers office and retail development that is currently under construction.
