HOMICIDE UPDATE: 1100 block of S Charles St

On early-Saturday, April 4th, at approximately 2:51am, a 24 year old male was shot and killed inside a property on the 1100 block of S Charles St. The victim did not live here, but was renting out a short term rental for a “game night” he planned to have with his friends. Two individuals entered the property and announced a robbery and subsequently shot and killed the victim. BPD Detectives are actively investigating.

Southern District Shooting Investigation

On April 10, 2020 at approximately 3:53 P.M., officers responded to the 1400 block of W. Lombard Street for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found a 28 year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach.

The victim was transported to an area hospital and is in serious condition.

Southern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call (410) 396-2499 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
