“Global brand performance agency” ForwardPMX has opened a 3,945 sq. ft. office at the 145 W. Ostend St. office building in South Baltimore’s Stadium Square development. In December, ForwardPMX acquired Baltimore-based The Search Agency, which previously had a smaller office in the Harbor Court building in Otterbein/Inner Harbor.

ForwardPMX’s Baltimore office currently has a staff of 15 employees, but is looking to add to its team. The company has 25 offices in 15 countries. This is the first office for ForwardPMX in Maryland.

ForwardPMX joins Employee One Benefit Solutions, Spaces, Janney Montgomery Scott, Ricoh USA, and Clark Construction Group at 145 W. Ostend St.

The six-story, 72,000 sq. ft. building, which was built by Stadium Square developer Caves Valley Partners (CVP) in 2017, is now 80 percent leased. James Cumber of Newmark Knight Frank, which leases the development, told SouthBMore.com there are currently two 3,000 sq. ft. spec office suites available for immediate move-ins, and a 8,555 sq. ft. space that has not yet been built out.

CVP is planning a second office building across the street at 160 W. Ostend St. It will be a six-story building with 67,000 sq. ft. of office space. CVP Partner Arsh Mirmiran told SouthBMore.com no deals are on the cusp yet that could propel construction of the building. LMC is planning a five-story, 315-unit apartment building adjacent to the proposed office building. Mirmiran said construction will likely start in spring after some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stadium Square is a $300 plus-million mixed-use development on three blocks of South Baltimore and Sharp-Leadenhall. It is located between Cross St. on the north, Race St. on the east, Leadenhall St. on the west, and both sides of Ostend St. to the south. Already completed at Stadium Square in addition to 145 W. Ostend St. is apartment building Hanover Cross St. and the Leadenhall Community Center. A parking garage, a third office building, and affordable housing for veterans are also planned for the development.
