The move takes ZeroFOX’s workforce to 400. In February of this year, the company had 250 employees.

ZeroFOX CEO James Foster told some employees who were based in Reston may choose to work in the Baltimore office and some employees who were based in Baltimore may choose to work in Reston. While ZeroFOX was running out of space in South Baltimore before the pandemic hit, Foster said they currently have enough room as some employees are working remotely.

“Our merger with the Cyveillance team fulfills our strategic vision of accelerating our position as the definitive worldwide leader in Digital Risk Protection,” said Foster in a press release. “The addition of Cyveillance allows us to further scale our Digital Risk Protection services and expand our threat intelligence capabilities, complementing our renowned AI & remediation capabilities, to address the entire digital threat lifecycle. Our combined customer base and over 400 employees makes us the largest, most proven provider in the Digital Risk Protection market, serving the needs of the world’s most recognized brands.”

“ZeroFOX’s cyber platform powered by Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning is truly impressive. It was clear that we needed to bring these two organizations together to achieve scale overnight to benefit our customers,” said Gilman Louie, co-founder of Alsop Louie and executive chairman of LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, in a press release.

ZeroFOX was founded in 2013 and keeps it headquarters at the former Pabst castle at 1838 S. Charles St. ZeroFOX has raised more than $150 million of capital funding to date.

Foster told in February that the company is hoping for a pubic stock offering soon.
