Entire Block of Union Square Up for Auction Next Week

An online Alex Cooper auction begins next week for an entire block of homes in Union Square. The auction features 10 homes that are a mix of occupied, vacant, and shells in need of full renovation on the 1600 block of Lemmon St.

Each of the homes was painted navy blue and white on the front brick facade. 1604 Lemmon St. is a shell; 1605 Lemmon St. is a vacant one-bedroom and one-bathroom home with a bonus room; 1606 Lemmon St. is a shell; 1607 Lemmon St. is an occupied one-bedroom and one-bathroom home with a bonus room that rents for $750/month; 1608 Lemmon St. is a shell; 1609 Lemmon St. is a vacant one-bedroom and one-bathroom home; 1610 Lemmon St. is an occupied one-bathroom home with a bonus room that rents for $750/month; 1611 Lemmon St. is an occupied two-bedroom and one-bathroom homes that rents for $750; 1612 Lemmon St. is a shell; and 1613 Lemmon St. is a shell.

The auction begins Saturday, November 14th at 1pm and ends on Thursday, November 19th at 1pm. The opening bid is $150,000.
