Homeless Encampment Under Russell Street Destroyed in Fire

A homeless encampment underneath Russell St. at Alluvion St. was engulfed in flames on Friday morning. The camp is near Horseshoe Casino Baltimore, Public Storage, and additional industrial businesses in Carroll-Camden Industrial Area/Stadium Area.

Fox45 posted photos and videos from the fire. From the article:

The Baltimore City Fire Department says it was a fire at a homeless encampment. According to the fire department, no one was injured but one person was evaluated at the scene.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
