Clean Juice Closes at McHenry Row
Smoothie, juice, and bowl shop Clean Juice recently closed at McHenry Row in Locust Point. Clean Juice opened in the 1,400 sq. ft. retail space in 2019.
Clean Juice, which started in Charlotte, NC, is a franchise with more than 100 locations.
Clean Juice opened in part of the former 4,200 sq. ft Ruby 8 restaurant space that was subdivided into three retail suites. Passport Health and Yes Chef Marketplace occupy the other retail suites that were formerly part of Ruby 8.
Jay Sapperstein of 28 Walker, which owns and manages the mixed-use complex, told SouthBMore.com that they “already have interest in the space.”
This is the only vacant retail space at the shopping center. F45 is opening soon in the former Charm City Run space and a yet-t0-be-announced restaurant is under construction at the former World of Beer space.
