Entertainment Development Site Across From M&T Bank Stadium “Close to an Announcement”
Horseshoe Casino Baltimore General Manger Randy Conroy told SouthBMore.com that the casino ownership group CBAC is close to an announcement for an entertainment-focused development for 1301 Warner St. This two-story, 31,377 sq. ft. building on a 1.26 acre property was purchased by CBAC in 2016 for $3,222,500.
This new project would add to CBAC’s The Walk @ Warner Street entertainment-focused, mixed-used development that connects Horseshoe Baltimore to M&T Bank Stadium. Topgolf opened last month, a renovated park behind the casino garage reopened in recent weeks, music venue The Paramount Baltimore will open next summer, a hotel is slated to start construction in a few years, additional retail buildings are planned, and streetscape improvements are in planning.
1301 Warner St. sits directly across the street from M&T Bank Stadium and The Paramount Baltimore. It has been marketed with a placeholder name of Yard Social. Renderings in an H&R Retail marketing brochure show a large bar and beer garden with a rooftop deck and a slide.
The only property CBAC does not control on Warner St. is the Public Storage at 1415 Russell St.
