Water Song Featured on PBS Show ‘Start Up’
Federal Hill restaurant Water Song and its owner Colin Liang and its Chief Growth Officer Andrew Hinton were recently profiled on the PBS show Start Up. The episode aired on November 29th and can be viewed online.

Water Song is a restaurant that brings the traditions and flavors from founder Colin Liang’s hometown of Yunnan Province, China. Originally coming to America to study business, Colin’s life took a series of twists and turns that led him right back to his roots.
Water Song opened in Federal Hill in March 2020. It opened a second location, called Street Food by Water Song, in November in Towson.
