Royal Farms has demolished the building and will expand. A spokesperson for Royal Farms told they plan on adding two more fuel dispensers, as well as increased parking and lighting surrounding the property.

The Global Messenger Corp building is 5,040 sq. ft. on 14,485 sq. ft. of land. It was built in 1940.

This Royal Farms location is across the street from Carroll Park and Montgomery Park.

Royal Farms has additional South Baltimore locations including a second location in Carroll-Camden Industrial Area, as well as locations in Locust Point, Morrell Park, Lakeland, and Brooklyn.
