Oriole Park at Camden Yards Vendor SuperBook Approved for a Mobile Sportsbook
SBOpco, LLC, the parent company of SuperBook Bar & Restaurant which opened at Oriole Park at Camden Yards this month, is now licensed by The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission (MLGCC) to operate a mobile sportsbook. SuperBook Bar & Restaurant dubs itself as a mobile sports betting lounge and now patrons can use the company’s branded mobile betting app in the restaurant and throughout Maryland.
SuperBook Bar & Restaurant took over the warehouse space formerly occupied by Dempsey’s Brew Pub at 333 W. Camden St. The restaurant is not actually a sportsbook where patrons can place retail bets, instead it is a sports bar where patrons place mobile bets on their phones.
The bar has a number of televisions and sports tickers with betting lines for games. SuperBook Bar & Restaurant is modeling the experience after the SuperBook at the Westgate Las Vegas.
