From Baltimore Police Department (BPD):

On 5.29. 23, approximately 1830 Hrs, this Officer responded to the 400 Blk of E.Cross St in reference to an aggravated assault. I spoke to the victim, who advised that she had just been assaulted by pointing. She stated that she saw a black Nissan Rouge driving the wrong direction on a one way on the 1000 Blk of Covington St. Victim said that she began yelling at the car when an unidentified women got out the car and began walking towards her. Victim stated that she threw an elbow to defend herself which caused a fight and both ended up on the ground. Once victim was able to stand up, she felt an unknown object on the back of her head and heard a male say “are you serious”. victim backed up and saw a black male pointing a gun at her. At this moment, victim stated the individuals got back in the car and headed North on Covington St. . An area canvass of the suspect vehicle was conducted with negative results. District Detective Unit assume the investigation.

ROBBERY – CARJACKING, 100 W HILL ST, TUESDAY, 5/23/23, 18:00

From BPD:

“On 23 May 2023 at approximately 1856 hours, Officer Smith responded to 100 W. Hill St.
Upon my arrival, I met with complainant whom advised he had just exited his vehicle when a thin built Black Male approximately 5’11 wearing a Black hoodie, Black pants and a Blue bandana approached him from the front demanding his wallet and keys. Complainant perceived the suspect to have a weapon due to his hands being inside his hoodie and handed over the items. The Suspect entered the 2012 Black Nissan Altima with the wallet containing various cards along with $40 in U S currency and left the scene heading Westbound on W. Hill St and made a right onto S. Sharp St. Citywide Robbery was notified and responded to the scene. Citywide Robbery assumed the investigation.”

“On Saturday, May 20th, 2023 at approximately 0201 hours Complainants reported that at approximately 0140 hours she and her friend, were at the swing sets in Federal Hill Park. Complainants reported that she turned around and observed two black males, wearing all black sweats, hoodies, and ski masks. In addition, complainant advised that they both had guns. One of the guns was described my complainant as a small silver gun, possibly a revolver. Suspects demanded complainants property and fled the location. District Detective was notified and assumed the investigation.”
