Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Opens Another South Baltimore Offie

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty has opened a new office at 1208 Light St. in Federal Hill. The brokerage closed an office at Southside Marketplace in at the end of 2022, had a temporary office in the Spaces co-working space at 145 W. Ostend St. Suite 600, and now makes its return to a retail storefront.

The company said its sales professionals and staff have moved into the renovated space that “offers fantastic collaborative and heads-down working options for the company’s agents.”

“We’re thrilled to provide a fresh and well-appointed office space in the heart of Baltimore for our Federal Hill agents to conduct business and meet with clients,” said Baltimore Metro and Delaware Regional President Terri Bracciale, in a press release.“This move supports our vision to be the premier provider of real estate services in the markets we serve, and we are proud and look forward to welcoming clients, friends and family into this new space.”

1208 Light St. was the former home of Sage Title Group, which still has multiple offices around the area. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty’s former 6,600 sq. ft. office at Southside Marketplace remains vacant.
