From Baltimore Police Department (BPD):

Upon my arrival, I met with victims, who informed me that six unknown suspects robbed them at gunpoint. At 0138, victims went to 405 Warren Avenue, Federal Hill Park, because a fight broke out at 565 Key Highway, the Skate Park. A group of six unknown black males had followed them from 565 Key Highway to Federal Park. Victim stated a black male wearing a black ski mask brandished a black firearm that resembled a Glock and demanded property. After the victims were robbed, the suspects remained in the park and told the victims to leave the park. Area canvass was conducted. The victims were given 309 forms and informed.

From BPD:

On August 16th, 2023, at approximately 2332 hours, officer responded to 1400 Covington Street for an attempted Armed Robbery. The victim stated a #1 male juvenile on a black mountain bike followed her from the inner harbor to her home on the 1400 block of Covington. The juvenile cut her off and demanded that the victim surrender her mountain bike. When the victim refused the suspect reached for his waistband and said, “Then someone is going to get shot.” The victim fled on her bicycle and called the police. Southern District Detective was notified and responded to the scene. The victim was given a 309 form and informed.

From BPD:

On August 17th, 2023, at approximately 0233 hours, I received a call for service from Dispatch. I responded to 1201 Light Street for a Commercial Burglary.

Upon my arrival, I entered 1201 Light Street, The Holistic Smoke Depot. The front door of the restaurant had been shattered by a rock. The front door had been forcibly pushed in and used as a point of entry. Southern Detective will assume the investigation. We were able to access clear footage from the cameras inside the store. On the video I saw black male suspects. The first suspect wore a black hoody and a ski mask with light jeans. The second suspect wore a blue hoody with a ski mask, light jeans and white sneakers. The front door was secured. The ADT alarm system was activated. The owner was given a 309 form and informed.

From BPD:

On August 17th, 2023, at approximately 0435 hours, I was informed of an On View of a Commercial Burglary at 1121 Light Street.

Upon my arrival, I entered 1121 Light Street, Tre Fratelli Italian Restaurant. A rock had shattered the front door of the restaurant. An unknown person forcibly pushed in the front door and used it as an entry point. An unknown suspect ransacked the restaurant’s counter area and emptied the cash register tray. Southern District Detective assume the investigation. I provided the owner a 309 form with all relevant information.

From BPD:

On 20 August 2023, at approximately 0455hrs, P/O responded to 35 East Cross St Baltimore, Maryland 21230, for a report of a silent alarm. Upon arrival, your writer observed a glass door broken by an unknown blunt object. An area canvass for suspects or a primary witnesses proved negative at this time. Crime Lab responded for processing until, and holder arrived at the location. District Detective Unit will assume investigation.

From BPD:

On 8/22/23 at 2250hrs I responded to the 1100blk of Key Highway for an armed robbed. At the location the complainant stated he was just robbed. A preliminary investigation revealed that on 8/22/23 at 2245hrs complainants were walking on the northside of the Federal Hill Park located at 300 Warren Ave. Complainants were approached by four unidentified suspects from behind. The first suspect (Suspect 1) can be described an unidentified light skin black male approximately five foot eleven inches in height wearing all black. The second suspect (Suspect 2) can be described as an unidentified light skin male wearing five foot eleven in height wearing all black. The third suspect (Suspect 3) can be described as an unidentified dark skin black male wearing all black with a high fade six foot in height. The fourth suspect (Suspect 4) can be described as dark-skinned male wearing all black. The suspects demanded property. The suspects took complainants property and fled the scene. The Southern District DDU was notified and responded to the scene.

From BPD:

On 8/12/23 at about 1140 Hours detectives responded to the 600 Block of Portland Street in reference to an armed robbery. Upon arrival, the detectives met with victim who advised he was just robbed at gunpoint. Victim advised he was walking in the 300 blk of Penn Street 21230 when two younger black males approached him on a white and black moped both wearing skimasks. The male driving the moped was described as a b/m wearing a white t shirt black pants and the back passenger was described as wearing a possibly orange colored t shirt black pants with a white stipe down the side with white sneakers. Suspects produced a handgun demanded property. Suspects took victims property and fled the scene. An area canvass was conducted, and two individuals where located. Further investigation of the incident and both individuals were placed under arrest.

From BPD:

On 8/12/23 at about 1157 hours Officer responded to 300 Warren Ave ‘Federal Hill Park’ for a report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, Officer was met by victims advised they were walking in the park when they were approached by two black males on a red/white moped. Both males exited off of the and approached both victims. One of the black males produced a black and silver handgun, reached into victim pocket and took his iPhone 11, navy blue wallet, debit card, SS card, and $40 US Currency. The male then pointed the gun at victim and said empty your pockets and took his iphone 14. The males then got back on the moped and fled the area. It was determined that this robbery along with the robbery from 300 Penn Street maybe connected. Two individuals were stopped taken into custody. Further investigation and both individuals were placed under arrest.
