From BPD:
On 9-4-2023 at 0940 hrs., responded to 100 Barney Street spoke with victim who stated while she was walking in the 100 blk of E. Barney St. she did observe 2 black SUV’s stop at the intersection of Barney St. and Light St. While she continued to walk westbound in the 100 blk of E. Barney St., she did feel someone grab her by her hair, place a hard object to the back of her head, (what she believed to be a gun), and force her to the ground. While she was on the ground, one of the suspects did look inside of a bag she had in her hand, but nothing was inside of the bag. Suspects didn’t take anything from victim, and no injuries were reported. Southern District Detectives Unit assumed investigation. 309 Issued.

From BPD:
On Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, at approximately 1431 hours, this officer responded to 100 West Montgomery Street for an Unarmed Robbery call. Upon arrival, this officer was met by Complainant who advised that his old son, Victim was robbed around South Hanover Street and West Ostend Street. This officer then spoke to victim who stated he was walking in the 1400 block of South Hanover Street, an unknown black male approached him and demanded property. The suspect had one of his hands inside of a blue backpack implying that he had something inside the backpack. Victim described the suspect as a Black male medium complexion, approximately 6-01 or 6-02, 16-17 years old wearing a black shirt, black shorts, and a blue backpack that he was carrying on his chest. The suspect took the iPhone SE and fled the location on foot Northbound on 1400 block of South Hanover Street. No injuries reported. District Detectives Rollins responded to the scene. 309 Form issued.

From BPD:
On 9/4/23 at 1514 hours this officer responded to 1400 Russell Street for a report of a carjacking. Upon arrival was met by victim who advised he was exiting his vehicle when he was approached by two unknown black males with handguns who exited a grey SUV that was parked in front of his vehicle. The unknown males pointed a semi-automatic handgun at him. At this time the unknown male wearing a white tank-top and dark color jeans entered the driver seat of victim Navy Blue 2018 Honda Civic. The suspects fled east bound in both the grey SUV and his Navy-blue Honda Civic on the 1400 block of Russell Street. Vehicle was located. Citywide Robbery Detective will assume the investigation.
