Median Price for AFC Championship Tickets Tops $950

With the Ravens hosting their first-ever AFC Championship game (and it being the first AFC Championship game for the City of Baltimore since 1971), it’s clear tickets are in high-demand. At the time of publication of this article, the median ticket price (1417 available) is $955, according to SeatGeek, the official ticketing partner of the Baltimore Ravens.

The lowest current listing for a ticket is $504 and the highest current listing is $3,348. These prices do not include fees. At the $955 ticket median price, half the listings are less expensive and half the listings are more expensive.

Baltimore previously received some flak in the media as a number of tickets to the Divisional Round playoff game versus the Texans were being sold on the secondary market for less than $100. But, despite temperatures in the 20s, it was a loud sellout crowd that helped force the Texans into five false starts and a delay of game penalty.

After the 34-20 win for the Ravens, it’s clear ticket demand for this first AFC Championship game in Baltimore in 53 years has surged.

It is expected to be a very vibrant day in South Baltimore with all of the tailgates, including DJ DIESEL (Shaquille O’Neal) playing Jimmy’s Famous Seafood’s TailGOAT, and the flock of people heading to restaurants in Federal Hill and Ridgely’s Delight before kickoff at 3pm.
