Boots & Brats, a German biergarten that will only operate Friday to Sunday when the Orioles host games at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, will be opening at 367 W. Camden St. The biergarten will take over an outdoor space at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor which is located directly across from the Eutaw St. entrance to the ballpark.

Boots & Brats will serve 12 ounce, 16 ounce, and 1 liter boots of the German beer Spaten, as well as a Hefeweizen from UNION Craft Brewing and two beers from Heavy Seas. Cans of beer, seltzers, and hard iced teas can also be purchased.

The drink menu will also include cocktails, such as crushes and a radler, as well as wines.

The food menu features a jumbo pretzel with beer cheese, pickles, German potato salad, charcuteries, and different brats.

Paul Fitzgerald of the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor was quoted about Boots & Brats in the Baltimore Business Journal:

“There was a great energy for the Orioles last year,” Fitzgerald said. “We are kind of jumping on the bandwagon being able to hopefully benefit from the Orioles’ success.”

Fitzgerald believes the hotel’s location is “pretty ideal” for something like this.

Food and drinks will be accompanied by lawn games, an outdoor TV, music and seating for around 66 people at picnic tables.

Boots & Brats recently added flower-covered pergolas to its patio.
