Dirty Dough Cookies opened this week at Southside Marketplace in Riverside/Locust Point. Dirty Dough Cookies takes over the former 900 sq. ft. suite of Poke Ono, which closed last year.
Dirty Dough Cookies was started out of a dorm room kitchen in Tempe, Arizona and now has locations throughout the country. The Riverside location is a franchise. The company also has a location in Halethorpe.
Dirty Dough Cookies offers different flavors of cookies, some stuffed with extra filling. Some of “The Classics” include the Brookie, which is a combination of a chocolate chip cookie and brownie drizzled with caramel sauce; The Reverse, which is fudge filling wrapped in a chocolate cookie then triple-wrapped with a peanut butter cookie and topped with a chocolate drizzle and crushed Reese’s; and the Cookie’s n Creme, which is a vanilla cookie loaded with Oreo cookie chunks and white chocolate chips, stuffed with a creme filling and topped with white icing and Oreo crumbs.
Dirt Dough Cookies also serves milkshakes, sodas, and milk

Great signage and pylon opportunities with ample parking. It really fits many of our recommended requirements for a retail Dirty Dough location!
The opening of Dirty Dough Cookies is latest update for the Southside Marketplace shopping center. Property owners Regency Center also recently undertook a new paint job on the buildings.
Southside Marketplace has also seen an influx of new tenants in the last couple of years. Giant opened in 2022, Five Below and Quickway Japanese Hibachi opened in 2023, Sparkling Charms Dental Studio opened in the spring, and Advance Auto Parts opened this month. Buffalo Wild Wings Go and Inspire Nail Bar are opening soon. And, McDonalds is undergoing a renovation.
