Five Guys, a longtime tenant at Baltimore’s Harborplace, has returned to the Inner Harbor with a new location at the Lockwood Place retail center at 600 E. Pratt St. The national burger chain opened in recent weeks in a new 3,007 sq. ft. space.
Founded in Arlington, Virginia in 1986, Five Guys specializes in burgers, hot dogs, and hand-cut French fries. The company now operates more than 1,700 locations worldwide.
The 108,000 sq. ft. Lockwood Place shopping center added a 34,000 sq. ft. Burlington in 2024 and is also home to tenants including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fogo de Chão, IHOP, Popeyes, and Marshalls.
Five Guys closed its Harborplace location in 2018 as the waterfront complex entered foreclosure. Harborplace is now slated for demolition as part of a redevelopment led by MCB Real Estate.
