Several major projects in Baltimore’s Stadium Area are nearing completion this year, including the Warner Street Streetscape project, the Paramount Baltimore live music venue, and exterior renovations at M&T Bank Stadium.
Construction on the $14 million Warner Street Streetscape project in The Walk @ Warner Street entertainment district began in late 2024. The project is transforming the three-block stretch of Warner Street that connects Horseshoe Casino Baltimore to M&T Bank Stadium.
When the project is completed, currently projected for November, Warner Street will feature a new concrete roadway, wider sidewalks, underground BGE utility lines, new water and sewer infrastructure, a protected bike lane, landscaped areas, and new street lighting.
The improvements are beginning to take shape and are expected to be completed in the coming months.
Construction on the Paramount Baltimore began in 2022 but was paused for several years before resuming in 2025. Finishing touches are now being made to the building’s exterior, and the venue is expected to open later this year.
The 70,000-square-foot live music venue will have a capacity of approximately 3,950 people and is currently projected to open in November.
The Baltimore Ravens are also wrapping up renovations to the North Plaza at M&T Bank Stadium. The project includes new spaces known as The Landing, the Northwest Tailgate & Concert Venue, and the Flockyard. The redesigned plaza will feature a live performance stage, multiple indoor and outdoor sports bars, large LED video boards, the Ravens Team Store, and premium tailgating suites. The project is expected to be completed this summer.
