For the second semester, City Schools will expand optional learning to traditional and transformation school students in kindergarten through 5th grade as well as 9th-grade students and high school seniors. The program will be open to all traditional K-5 students who attend an elementary/middle school or all 9th and 12th-grade students who attend traditional and transformation high schools.

Salem Lutheran Church Baltimore is renovating its basement Fellowship Hall at 1530 Battery Ave. in Riverside and renaming it Riverside Third Space. The project was made possible because of a $49,995 Community Grant from South Baltimore Gateway Partnership, which manages South Baltimore’s Local Impact Grants from Maryland casinos.
