Federal Hill is known for Federal Hill Park which provides some of the best views in Baltimore as well as a booming commercial and retail district surrounding Cross Street Market. Federal Hill has some of the highest property values and rents in the Baltimore area. The neighborhoods of SBNA and Riverside are often considered part of Federal Hill.
