Under Armour began construction on a new 280,000 sq. ft. office, retail, and fitness building called TMB2 in December. TMB2 is a five-story, 75 ft. tall building with an east-west orientation. Under Armour is hoping to open TMB2 by the end of 2024.

Fort McHenry to Stay Open Until 8pm on Select Nights This Summer
Fort McHenry will be open until 8pm on three Wednesdays this summer – June 21st, July 19th, and August 23rd. On all other days, the park is open from 9am to 6pm.

Clipper Construction Buys Locust Point Commercial Building for Office and Potential Bakery
Clipper Construction, a full-service construction company, purchased 1642 Beason St. in Locust Point for $775,000 and will renovate the property into its new headquarters. The 8,100 sq. ft. building has been the home of A-1 Drive Shaft Company’s machine shop for more than 20 years.

Jim and Mary Wolfarth, who also own The Goddard School of Canton, are the franchisees of The Goddard School of Locust Point.

Baltimore Business Journal has reported that Baltimore boxer Gervonta “Tank” Davis purchased a penthouse condominium at Silo Point in Locust Point this past Friday for $3.4 million. Davis purchased the condominium from Baltimore developer Scott Plank.
