Per yesterday’s election, Larry Hogan (R) won Governor of Maryland; Senator Bill Ferguson (D), as well as Delegates Luke Clippinger (D) and Peter Hammen (D), won re-election; and, newcomer Brooke Lierman (D) won the third delegate seat.
