The Baltimore Shabbat Project (BSP) is a unique, grassroots Jewish identity movement that is partnering with the international Shabbos Project. First launched in South Africa in 2013, this global initiative spanned more than 465 cities last year, bringing together over 1,000,000 Jews from all backgrounds and traditions to celebrate ONE Shabbat as ONE people with ONE heart. Celebrate Shabbat with unique activities around Baltimore from 10/21 – 10/24. Fathers and sons can bond watching a spectacular magic show; women will make their own traditional bread (challah) to eat at Shabbat; and there will be a FREE One People One Heart Concert featuring Moshav at Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC.
