A heated race for governor is taking place in Maryland between Democratic candidate Anthony Brown and Republican candidate Larry Hogan.
In the final stretch leading toward election day next Tuesday, November 4th, both candidates have brought in popular national representatives from their party to rally support. Brown recently held rallies in Prince George’s County with President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Hogan has hosted events with New Jersey Governor and Chairman of the Republican Governors Association Chris Christie in Montgomery County and Anne Arundel County.
Baltimore City will be seeing its first of these high profile events as Hogan and Christie have announced a rally at the Patapsco Arena at 3301 Annapolis Rd. in South Baltimore’s Cherry Hill neighborhood. It will take place this Sunday from 6pm-7pm.
