BARCS TEAMS UP WITH UBER AND

ANIMAL PLANET TO BRING PUPPY BOWL ON DEMAND TO CITY

#UberPuppyBowl Delivers Adoptable Puppies to Baltimore Today Between 11-3 PM

SadieChevalierBaltimore, MD – In preparation for the biggest event in canine sports history, Animal Planet’s PUPPY BOWL XI, the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) is teaming up with Uber and Animal Planet to deliver adoptable puppies to animal lovers across Baltimore on Wednesday, January 28, between 11 AM – 3 PM for a puppy playdate.

For just $30, participants will have 15 minutes of snuggle time with pups, with every dollar from each visit donated directly to BARCS. The best part? Every puppy is up for adoption. For more details, ask the BARCS representative assisting with your puppy playdate.

How it works:

  1. Open your Uber app between 11 am & 3 pm.
  2. Request the “PUPPIES” option in your app.
  3. Once the puppies arrive, you and your friends will get to enjoy 15 minutes of furry cuteness!

BARCS is thrilled to partner with Uber and Animal Planet to bring our beautiful puppies to the people of Baltimore,” said Lisa Morabito, BARCS Director of Operations. “This promotion really raises adoption awareness for these wonderful animals ready to find their forever homes.”

Demand for Uber Puppy Bowl is expected to be very high, so your patience is appreciated. Participants will receive an exclusive Puppy Bowl gift pack and are encouraged to post their experience on social media using #UberPuppyBowl.

New to Uber? Don’t let that be the reason you’re kept on the leash. Download the Uber app and enter the promotion code PUPPYBOWL2015 for $20 off your first ride.
