IT company Delmock Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is expanding its footprint in Hollins Market. DTI has been operating out of an 896 sq. ft. office at 1213 Hollins St. since 2009 and will now be expanding into a second building across the street at 1212 Hollins St. This new location, which used to be a real estate office, is 1140 sq. ft.

1212 Hollins St. is adjacent to a vacant lot that will become six new townhomes as part of the Hollins Square redevelopment from War Horse Cities. Vacant rowhomes were recently demolished at the site.

DTI was started in 2002. The company purchased 1212 Hollins St. in 2015 and has been renovating the space in recent months in anticipation of the expansion. DTI has put $200,000 into the renovations. DTI’s buildings are in a Small Business Administration HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone).

DTI has federal and state experience in providing large-scale modernization services for full lifecycle software development, architecture, and operations support services.

The company currently has 82 employees. According to DTI, 49% of its team are individuals from communities in the Baltimore HUBZone which covers large portions of East and West Baltimore along with portions of South and Southeast Baltimore. DTI also has a workforce track program for high school-aged students which leads to full-time employment opportunities after graduation.
