Great Clips Closes at Southside Marketplace in Riverside

| March 23, 2022 | 0 Comments

Great Clips has closed its barbershop at Southside Marketplace in Riverside/Locust Point. Great Clips, which occupied a 1,400 sq. ft. retail suite, was a longtime tenant of the shopping center.

There are now four vacant retail suites at Southside Marketplace. In addition to the former Great Clips space, this includes the long-vacant former Popeye’s space, the former Mattress Firm which closed in 2018, and the former Pet Valu space which closed in 2020.

Reflex Functional Fitness will also close at the end of the month and relocate to Silo Point.

All five vacant spaces will be on the southern end of the shopping center. This portion of the shopping center is the furthest from the E. Fort Ave. entrance.

A leasing spokesperson for Southside Marketplace told SouthBMore.com that “some exciting things are on the horizon.”
