The Third Annual Federal Hill Holiday Decorating Contest is set to begin on December 1st, with Awards Ceremony on Tuesday the 17th. What time of year is better than the holidays for getting outside and making friends with your neighbors? It’s a great excuse, and the cheer is contagious! Creativity is encouraged, and the Awards Committee does not compete, so you might stand a better chance than you think.
