photoRounding out the dining options at the new Horseshoe Casino Baltimore in South Baltimore will be Jack Binion’s Steakhouse and a soon-to-be-announced  (and named) Asian noodle and sushi restaurant. These two restaurants will join Johnny Sánchez, Guy Fieri’s Baltimore Kitchen & Bar, and the Baltimore Marketplace at the new casino.

Jack Binion’s Steakhouse, named after the founder of Horseshoe Casino, will provide an upscale option for diners and visitors to the casino. Jack Binion’s has locations in several Horseshoe Casinos throughout the country including Cincinnati, Hammond (LA), and Robinson (MS). Horseshoe Baltimore General Manager Chad Barnhill described Jack Binion’s as “a traditional steakhouse built on indulgence with some very unique food options at the same time.”

The final restaurant announced will be an Asian restaurant focusing on sushi and noodle dishes. The restaurant will feature noodle soups such as pho and ramen, as well as dim sum, sushi and many other popular Asian dishes.

Heavy Seas, The Mallow Bar, Tark’s at the ‘Shoe, Lenny’s Deli, and Pie-Zetta were announced on Friday as the tenants of the Baltimore Marketplace. Barnhill told that there will be a frozen drink place called Yard Bar opening as well.

Barnhill also noted that the various bars around Horseshoe will have a focus on local beers brewed in the area. Also, if you are looking to watch games while at the casino, Barnhill told that Guy Fieri’s Baltimore Kitchen & Bar will be the most like a sports bar with many televisions, but that Johnny Sánchez would have several televisions as well.
