Cruise Ship Returns to South Baltimore

| September 9, 2021 | 0 Comments

For the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a cruise ship has returned to the Port of Baltimore in Port Covington. The Carnival Cruise Line ‘Pride’ is in town until it departs for a trip on September 12th.

Carnival Pride will be running cruises out of Baltimore before relocating to Tampa, FL later this year. Carnival Legend will start trips out of Baltimore starting on November 14th.

Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas will return to Baltimore next year. There are trips for sale on its website starting in April 2022.

In addition to the cruise ships bringing vacationers to South Baltimore, ship employees frequent local businesses in South Baltimore while the boat is docked.
