Broths include smoked soy sauce tonkotsu, miso, shoyou, spicy red miso, Osaka chicken, tan tan men, and vegetarian. Small dishes include pork gyoza, tofu, chicken barrage, and crab rangoon.

On its Instagram page, Dashi states: “All Dashi recipes began from our trip to Japan in 2020. Our first bowl of Japanese Ramen has inspired us to make the next great ramen bowl.”

Drinks at Dashi include Japanese milk tea, Itoen tea. Ramune sodas, and water.

Dashi is open 1130am to 8pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and from 1130am to 9pm on Friday and Saturday. It is closed on Tuesdays.
