Baltimore Seafood has opened at 21 E. Cross St. in Federal Hill, taking over an approximately 2,000 sq. ft. space that was formerly home to Water Song.
The restaurant also operates a Canton location, which opened in 2019.
From Baltimore Business Journal:
The 2,000-square-foot Federal Hill restaurant offers the brand’s popular build-your-own seafood boil bags with options like snow crab legs, shrimp and mussels. Unlike its Canton counterpart, however, the new restaurant also serves grilled seafood, including whole fish and scallops, Leong said. The Federal Hill location does not have a liquor license and operates on a bring-your-own-beverage system.
“We believe this is a good moment to expand our concept a little bit with the new location in Federal Hill,” Leong said.
Renovations including new paint, furniture and signage took around four months to complete, he said. There is also a back bar area that will be used as a service station, but it will be activated if the restaurant eventually obtains a liquor license.
Baltimore Seafood is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 11pm, Friday from 3pm to 12am, Saturday from 12pm to 12am, and Sunday from 12pm to 9pm.
