The 4th segment in our video sit-down series with Senator Bill Ferguson who represents District 46 in the State Senate. District 46 includes South Baltimore, Downtown, Southeast Baltimore, and parts of Southwest Baltimore. We take a look at the effects of the new Harrah’s Casino on Russell St., as well as the possibility for table game from Question 7. We will discuss the Maryland Education Trust Fund in our next post.
