Five Light Street Buildings Renovated in Federal Hill Business District
Five adjacent properties at 916-924 Light St. in the in the heart of the Federal Hill Business District, next to Marcus Boyd Realty, were recently purchased and renovated. The upper floors of the properties included 10 apartments, which were recently renovated and made available for lease.
The apartments range in price from $1200 to $2200 per month. Some of the apartments include decks, however none of them include parking. At this time six of the 10 apartments have been leased. The remaining properties are two-bedroom, one-bath apartments starting at $1800. They are currently available through Marcus-Boyd Realty.
The retail portion of the properties includes Zeeba Lounge, as well as the former space of the short-lived Happy Times and the former location of Temps Now. The front facade of Zeeba and the remaining retail spaces have been renovated. A new salon already in the area will be relocating to the retail space at 920 Light St. and the former Temps Now location is currently available through NAI Michael Commercial Real Estate.
