Harvey5Harvey

Harvey, a 1 year old terrier mix, is one of the sweetest and most gentle dogs I have ever encountered in the shelter. He is very scared inside the kennel, but as soon as he’s outside his tail wags and he’s very excited to cuddle and give kisses. He is excellent on a leash and enjoys a little jog.  Harvey is also housebroken. He’s a super sweet boy that really deserves a great forever home.

Ivory1Ivory

Ivory, a 2 ½ year old terrier mix, gives the best hugs and kisses! He also likes to lean in for pets and just loves it when you hug him back! He is a big teddy-bear and a complete sweetheart! He loves to show he knows how to sit for a treat. He also has a playful side, and loves to join his doggie friends in play group!

Jamaica4Jamaica

Beautiful blue Jamaica is a total sweetheart! She’s a 4 year old terrier mix that loves to get attention and belly rubs. She has the best smile and is such a happy, wiggly girl. She does not react at all to any of the dogs around her, and is totally focused on her handler.

Adopting a shelter dog is truly saving a life. The shelters cannot save animals without support from the community in the form of adoptions, fostering, volunteering and donations.  If you would like to meet these pups, please contact Joe Miletti at JMiletti@barcsanimalshelter.org. If you are interested in fostering, please contact foster@baltimoreanimalshelter.org.  If you cannot adopt or foster the dogs but would like to help them on their quest to find a forever family, please share their story via social media.
