Pickle
Hi, I’m Pickle! I’m a 3 year old bulldog/terrier mix. Don’t let my size fool you – I’m a big boy, but I’m very calm and gentle. The volunteers love to take me out because I walk so nicely on the leash – I’m happy to let you lead the way, and I don’t pull at all. I’m also housebroken and know how to sit! I love to climb in your lap for cuddles, and just sit with you and hang out in the sun. I’m a happy boy that’s always wagging my tail. I charm everyone that I meet with my easy-going demeanor, and I’m a volunteer favorite. Please stop by and meet me today; I’d love to leave the shelter and go to a safe, happy home.
Hey there, I’m Pancake! I’m a 2 ½ year old terrier mix. I’m a cute, quirky little girl who really wants a home to call my own. I’m fun and energetic, and I’m really smart. I love to run around in the play yard, and I’m so brave that I go all the way up and over the big a-frame trainer – hardly any of the dogs will do that! I’m young and have lots of potential to learn all kinds of things if someone will take the time to show me the ropes. In fact, one of the volunteers loves me so much that I have a training scholarship so my adopter can see just how smart I am. Please come to BARCS to meet me soon!
My name is Flower, and I’m a 3 year old terrier mix. I’m a bit shy when I first meet you, but I quickly warm up once I know that you want to be my friend. I’m a mellow, gentle girl who loves exploring on walks as much as sitting in the grass and hanging out. But affection is my favorite thing – I’d love to cuddle up in your lap and get pets all day if it were up to me! I also know how to “sit,” and I love to demonstrate my trick for a treat. Please come to BARCS soon to meet me; I’m a gentle soul that would be the perfect addition to your family.
Adopting a shelter dog is truly saving a life. The shelters cannot save animals without support from the community in the form of adoptions, fostering, volunteering and donations.
