anthonyAnthony

Hi, my name is Anthony!  I’m a 1 ½ year old terrier mix.  I’m just a young boy, but I already have wonderful manners.  I’m great on a leash, so the volunteers love to take me for walks. Sometimes they’ll even sit with me in the grass and give me snuggles and scratches – I love that!  I make cute little snorting noises when I’m happy, and I make everyone giggle.  I’m quite a sweetheart, and can’t wait to find my forever family.

Hi everyone, my name is Chance!  I’m a 1 year old terrier mix.  I’m a fun and playful young boy who is always happy!  The volunteers say I’m smart, sweet, and lots of fun. I get so excited when I see a new friend and can’t wait to greet everyone!  I already knows sit and paw, and I’m an eager, treat-motivated learner.  One of the volunteers loves me so much that I have a training scholarship so my adopter can see just how smart I am!  Please stop by BARCS to meet me.

Luca4Luca

My name is Luca, and I’m a 5 year old bulldog mix.  The volunteers say I’m a big, handsome boy who is very sweet.  I enjoy attention and love to go out for a walk.  I’m very curious about the world around me, and eager to explore it with you!  I’m over all of my puppy shenanigans – I’m calm, housebroken, and so ready for a comfortable home of my own.  I recently had surgery to fix my eyelid, and the shelter is no place to recover – please take me home!

Adopting a shelter dog is truly saving a life. The shelters cannot save animals without support from the community in the form of adoptions, fostering, volunteering and donations.  If you would like to meet these pups, please contact Joe Miletti at JMiletti@barcsanimalshelter.org. If you are interested in fostering, please contact foster@baltimoreanimalshelter.org.  If you cannot adopt or foster the dogs but would like to help them on their quest to find a forever family, please share their story via social media.
